Today we fly out onwards! The plan was to set no alarms and wake up as late as possible and relax but of course I woke up at 7:30. Gave me time to watch some Christmas Gundam i suppose

Today we'll be doing brunch at the hotel and going straight to the airport, hopefully no issues with check-in

Brunch at the hotel! Pretty decent chicky waffles and biscuit and gravy

We then went to the hotel fairly early (like 5 hours?) hoping for a shot at getting into the previous flight to NYC just in case but it was sold out so it was a wash. Mainly also didn't want to rush around DC and everything is closed anyway

On the way on was a zoom with my dad and grandmother + family and as soon as I went in the airport my uncle was like "is that Reagan? I recognize the ceilings" which to be fair they are fairly distinctive but i didn't think to take a pic so here's stock footage

Now on the plane ready to taxi out and take off after some pizza early dinner

Haha, jk... Some "software glitch" so we're waiting, obviously only one thing to do, turn the plane off and on again so no we're sitting in the darkness with no climate control waiting for it to power back on.

Ok we did make it, only 30 mins late or so in the end

Now waiting in line to board the Jordan leg of the flight

Now sitting on the plane, so far so good...
